We provide plates, forks, napkins, a case of 36 juice boxes & 20 postcard invitations which also serve as a permission slip. Each child must have one filled out with either their parent or guardian’s signature to play in our facility. An electronic Evite invitation is available upon request. Utensils are provided for adults to cut cake & pizza as well as a lighter for birthday candles (birthday candles are not included). We do not provide any food. You can bring in your own food or have it delivered to our location. Alcohol is not allowed. We have a special price negotiated with Salvatore’s Pizza and Empire Pizza for a sheet pizza. There is also a drinking fountain in the hallway.

Yes, you can invite up to 20 kids at no extra charge. You can also have up to 15 adults for a total of 35 guests at your party. If you will have more than 35 guests at your party you would need to rent 2 party rooms. You can contact us at (585) 787-2555 to inquire about renting 2 party rooms.

To book a party call Nolan’s Rental/Bernie’s Bouncers at 585-787-2555. We require a $100.00 deposit at the time of booking.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash or Check. Please make checks payable to Nolan’s Rental. We require a $100.00 deposit at the time of booking the party and the remaining balance is due 2 days prior to the date of your party. Check payments need to be received at least 2 weeks prior to your party date.
Yes, you can book more than 1 room for a 2 hour party. However, we can only accommodate a 2 hour party using both private party rooms at the beginning of the day or at the end of the day. The 1st party of the day would have to start at 10:00am and end at 12:00pm. The last party of the day would start at 5:00pm and end at 7:00pm and the 2nd private party room would not be available until 6:15pm. There is an additional $25.00 fee for the use of the 2nd private party room. This fee does not include the following party supplies in the 2nd party room (plates/napkins/forks & juice boxes). There is an additional $25.00 fee if you need the party supplies in the 2nd party room.
Yes, you can extend a 2 hour party by 1 hour to have a 3 hour party. However, we can only accommodate a 3 hour party for the 1st or last party time slot of the day. The 1st party of the day would have to start at 10:00am and end at 1:00pm. The last party of the day would start at 5:00pm and end at 8:00pm and the 2nd private party room would not be available until 6:15pm. We require a $200.00 deposit when you book a 3 hour party.
Yes, you can take our Virtual Tour by clicking on this link or you can stop in during the office hours for Nolan’s Rental/Bernie’s Bouncers. Office hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm & Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm and a representative will give you a tour of Bernie’s Bouncers.
We currently have 2 large inflatable bouncers (one for the younger kids, and one for the older kids. There is a Kid-Steam “kid powered” train ride. We also have Air Hockey, Basketball, Hammer head, and Skee Ball arcade style games. There are NO tickets to redeem for prizes. Everything is Free and included with your party. We have a stereo so your child can play their favorite music while they bounce and play. There is a dock for an I-pod or you can bring their favorite CD. In each party room there is a “Pin the Tail on the Donkey” game.
Yes, you can come in 15 minutes prior to the start of your party to do any setup or decorating in your party room. You can bring balloons to decorate, decorations for the walls (we ask that you only use scotch tape to tape anything to the walls so it will not take the paint off the walls when you take it down). If your party has a theme you can put your own tablecloths over the tablecloths provided on the tables. We ask that you take any decorations with you at the end of your party. We allow you 15 minutes after the end time of your party to collect all of your items and depart the facility.
There is an attendant that works each party. They do not run the party or assist with games, food, cake, etc. The attendant will be at the front desk. They will sign in your guests and direct them to the correct party room. They will also be available to fix any equipment issues, clean up any spills, answer any questions and assist you if you need anything during your party. They are NOT there to babysit the kids so it is up to you to make sure you have enough adult supervision for your group during your party.
